About The Court

In October 2015, Governor Kasich signed into law the establishment of the Common Pleas Court of Delaware County, Ohio, Domestic Relations Division.

On January 1, 2017, the Domestic Relations Division of the Common Pleas Court of Delaware County, Ohio was formed and Judge Randall D. Fuller took office as the first Judge of the newly created Court.

The Domestic Relations Division hears all cases involving divorce, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, annulment, and post-decree proceedings.  The Court also hears cases involving questions of paternity, custody, visitation, child support, and the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities between unmarried persons, and post-decree proceedings.  The Court also hears cases for Civil Protection Orders requested pursuant to R.C. 3113.31.

The Domestic Relations Court is located at 117 N. Union Street, Level 400, Delaware Ohio.
