Magistrate Amanda L. Sims

Magistrate Amanda Sims is a magistrate for the domestic relations division of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. She joined the Court in 2022 after practicing family law for nearly 12 years.

Magistrate Sims is a 2003 graduate of DuPont Manual High School in Louisville, KY. She graduated with honors in 2006 from the University of Kentucky in Business Administration and graduated with honors and obtained her juris doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH.

Prior to joining the Court, Magistrate Sims was an OSBA Certified Specialist in Family Relations law. She was also named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine from 2016 thru 2022 . She is currently a member of the Ohio Association of Magistrates, Delaware County Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association.
